They source Cacao beans from farmers around the world who practice organic techniques and are fair trade, in order to create a more equal supply chain. They also work with local farmers and producers to source fruits, herbs, and other ingredients.

Chatfield Hollow Farm grows edible and medicinal mushrooms. Their mushrooms are forest grown cultivated with organic spore on wood chips and logs cut on their property. Methods used are traditional Japanese small-scale forest mushroom cultivation. Mushrooms are available May -October.

At Four Mile River Farm they strive to raise the healthiest animals possible by providing a natural, stress-free environment. Their cattle are pasture-raised, grazing on local open pastures. Their pigs and chickens are kept in a clean, safe buildings with more than ample space, and fed vegetable grain diets only with no waste feed whatsoever. All their animals are raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
